R. O. Walters - President R. O. Walters graduated from the University of Nebraska- Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Management Systems Engineering and later received a Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering. Walters and his wife founded Pro-Solutions, Inc. in 1998. Prior to forming Pro-S, R. O. has experience as a product design engineer, research assistant and industrial engineering technician. R. N. C. Sperling - Senior Design Engineer Sperling graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Nebraska- Lincoln. She had 8 years of experience as a project engineer and a design engineer before joining Pro Solutions, Inc. in March of 2004. He has a Fundamental in Engineering Certificate and a National Diploma in Agriculture. Prior to joining Pro Solutions in 2003, Bray was a fabricator and design engineer.
